The service is available 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.” CHIC Management has put it together, they are known for the Black and Blue Fair, the Summer of Love Fair, and the Platinum Hunt. Call for Couture will run from October 10th to October 31st.
