So I don’t know about you, but I love to layer my clothing in RL. A shirt under another shirt, under a sweater, under a coat…with a scarf thrown on top. In SL this can be challenging, especially now with MESH on the scene.

I wanted to show some ways you could play with layering a bit in SL. The first look is a pretty straight forward layer tactic: an casual oversize sweater layered over a more dressy print pant. The middle look layers sculpts over system clothing under mesh. The last look? No you’re not having deja vu – I did blog this dress in my last post but had to show the adorable cardigan that nyagos kidd created just to coordinate with this dress. This allows you to layer mesh on mesh easily (cocoro lemon of COCO does this alot too).

Hope this post inspires you to get laid (lol, get it? layer..lay…oh nevermind). To me the genius is mixing the world of the old (sculpts, system layers) with the wave of the future (mesh).
