Hey lovies,

The title of this post is to pay homage to all you originators out there. If you strive to be one of a kind, support originality and find bliss in your individuality then kudos to you! I am struck dumb at how many struggle with this. How many are comfortable with copying. Despite the popular phrase, imitation is not always flattery.

Shout out to Gospel Voom for showcasing their originality with an amazing new skin match system! Gos released several new shoes today and you need to run, not walk, to pick up a pair. The shoe HUD literally allows you to chose from over 200 skins so you can achieve a flawless match with your skin.

a neutral stance

So this post was created purely out of boredom. Fashi and I often spend our days standing around, throwing insults at one another…bored. In between those moments Fashi sometimes make stuff and I sometimes blog an outfit or boss him around. But listen, don’t be alarmed by the insult throwing – this is just me and Fashi’s way of showing love for one another (dysfunctional maybe but true). How do you and your SL bestie show the love? Shop together? Play games? Whatever you do, take the time to let your friends know you love and appreciate them! Enjoy your weekend and tell your bestie i said hai!

we go hard

So this title is a homage to where I live – Brooklyn! I’ve been living in this borough for about 12 years now and it inspires me so much. Much of who I am really is impacted by my experiences in this borough and city. SO…wanted to give it a shout out!

Anyhoo, I’m gonna try something different with this post (It really it comes down to me being super busy with RL and a cool SL project I can hopefully tell you about soon) and try a shortcut with how I handle blogging creds. Here we go…

Hai! So many amazing items available on the grid, especially at the new event The Arcade Gatcha. I have to say…I usually hate Gatcha’s. Mainly because I am a shopaholic and I can get a bit obsessed. So was the case with Anya Ohmai’s Spice Rack. You’ll be happy to know I have a full set and working on my second, lol. Psst – anyone looking to swap IM me in world.

Vintapalooza

Don’t laugh at the corny name for this post – it my attempt to show the blending of my RL and SL :) Right now I’m in Chicago for one of the biggest US music festivals, Lollapalooza. And in SL, Vintage Fair has just opened showcasing 250+ brands representing designs from the vintage eras of 1920 – 1980. Click here for slurls!
